Behind the bar, you’ll find a variety of drinks from Pike Place Brewery’s craft beers to imported Japanese brewed sakes and whiskeys, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, such as fruit teas.

The space merges modern minimalism with global character—where hanging lanterns imported from Japan, and curated art bring warmth and wonder to every corner. Designed with oak seating, cool stone textures, and ambient lighting, the setting strikes a perfect balance between traditional roots and Seattle’s urban edge. More than a restaurant, it’s a gathering place—for shared stories, spontaneous laughter, and the quiet joy of a meal done right. Our menu also features indulgent wagyu donburi, melt-in-your-mouth seafood, steaming sukiyaki, creamy tobiko udon, and comforting Japanese curry, among many others —each dish crafted to deliver honest, soulful satisfaction. Whether you’re celebrating an anniversary, hosting a business dinner, unwinding with friends, or grabbing a quick bite, Manzoku offers a true taste of izakaya culture: cozy, welcoming and memorable.

From crisp Japanese lagers and small-batch sake to curated wines, signature cocktails, and refreshing non-alcoholic offerings like fruit teas — our bar reflects the soul of the izakaya.

Most of our selections are thoughtfully sourced from Japan’s renowned distilleries and breweries, but we also proudly pour from local partners like Pike Place Brewery to bring a taste of Seattle into every glass.

The yakitori here ruined all other skewers for me. The new team’s attention to detail—from the smoky binchōtan charcoal to the house-made tare—is unreal. Manzoku is a gem!
